can't speak to '16, but agreed with '21-- almost identical mark spreadNah id compare it to 2016 and 2021 difficulty
premium ragebaitbruh guys, how tf can english be harder in one year than the next? isn't in this subject you either can write or not?

oh I am so cookedFrom my understanding, basically a combination of integrity+personal morals.
I reckon (I hope) you could get away without needing to go on about what the human spirit it... just have a yap abt how [ELEMENT OF SOCIETY] attacks it, but it ultimately prevailsoh I am so cooked![]()
Nah it's the opposite the "night" connotated despondency thus revealing the paradoxical fleetingness of changepoem about change I talked about how at the start he was like depressed and used negative connotations and stuff and than shifted into a hopeful person at the end idek
my money is on change bringing introspection, dawn came later, he saw his reflection cos it was still dark, he saw into himself --> external change is symbiotic with internal changeNah it's the opposite the "night" connotated despondency thus revealing the paradoxical fleetingness of change
for me it was hard to find the techniques and even the meaning of some texts... but also nothing too diabolical
no comparisons, nothing above 5 marks. Everything felt very middle-of-the-road difficulty

Q6 - Analyse how the representation of particular lives in your prescribed text enriches your understanding of the endurance of the human spirit
Make close reference to your prescribed text in your response
that's so fair. I just kinda had a quick squiz, invented a meaning on the spot 'because the meaning of a text is multiplicitous and subjective', picked whatever quote i wanted to make my point, then bs'd a technique, 'vivid imagery' gonna carry my ATARfor me it was hard to find the techniques and even the meaning of some texts![]()
yeah, SA's are so random sometimes...the essay question was pretty chill for me but some of the short answers were wild. had a major brain blank on q3 deciding to talk about structure as my reasoning for some reason and q4 was bad imo. the rest weren't terrible, just not great either
its only 4 marks itll be finemy money is on change bringing introspection, dawn came later, he saw his reflection cos it was still dark, he saw into himself --> external change is symbiotic with internal change
my plan is to turn the core of my creative into a discursive, ive heard it said you need both sides, so ill probably do a paragraph or two on one, then switch to the other side, and try and have a stron unifying conclusionHELP! What do I do if Mod C is a persuasive/discursive only?? Any formulas/structures I can follow?
Honestly best advice I can give (coming from a flat 75 student tbh) is to write about something that you're interested in that incorporates the prompt somehow.HELP! What do I do if Mod C is a persuasive/discursive only?? Any formulas/structures I can follow?
