Still choosing the absolute worst matchup of subjects even when people told me I would drown (they were right lmao)
Make sure You're not choosing too many heavy subjects cause you'll have no time to put enough effort into all of them
Especially if you do a shit ton of extra-curriculars or have a lot of out-of-school stuff to do (like a job)

That's my 2 cents :)
The yr 12 dux does: eng adv, legal, modern, cafs and eco (is first in all of them hence dux), does a lot of extra-curriculars AND HAS A JOB like holy shit 🥀

Yikesssssss another thing is mentality. Now I have the heartless “dont care” mentality and its working perfectly fine.Have a few people I talk to and thats all

**they told me ext1 eng is like a lot of reading but i dont really know anyone who does ext1 eng
i chose it cuz like it helps me read more and gain more knowledge on how to write good for other subjects?? idk sci and eco dont count right
Extension English will become much more than that later on. I really don't think it's worth keeping as a tool to improve your writing.

I'd argue Advanced English is better for improving arguments in other subjects.

I reccomend dropping it, at least further into Year 11 or 12.
