Guys how do I persuade my parents to let me go study at my local library tmrw? Cause they aren't bothered to drop me off and pick me up and nor are they willing to stay with me. They're like why don't u just study at home. But I like studying at a library cause the environment is different and it just helps motivate me more cause I like change cause it keeps things exciting. But they don't understand

Maybe say 'Oh I need a change of environment, I want to see where I study better' or if ur parents aren't helicopter-y or a bit more chill, just go. If the library isn't too far, bus or walk there. If it is, Go with a friend with similar subjects. compare notes, work on exam questions, etc.

yeah I said that but they aren't really that chill and I don't really live too close to public transport and I still need my parents to drop me off. But they don't believe a change in environment helps me study better tho. Also I kinda want to study by myself cause if I bring a friend I'm def gonna end up getting distracted.

Extension 2 maths and english gang?
YEEAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dropping chinese at the first opportunity to make space for both ext2's (both ext2's will make for 12 units total),,,,,,,,,,,,,,, i genuinely so badly want this to work out. if i can't juggle both then i'll probs drop eng e2 bc it's a major work (and i already have drama for that, and i'm way too good & genuinely competitively motivated at maths to consider dropping it instead), but i'm hopeful!!!!!!! like!!!!!!!!! both bc i genuinely really really want to do a major work for english that i not only get to work on for basically the entire year, but also bc it means i have a chance of knocking out eng adv from counting towards my atar (i cannot for the love of god actually finish writing an essay or imaginative. like. ever. like i'm practicing but if i have to do several unique essays/creatives in a row for a single goddamn subject there is no fucking way i'm gonna get good marks on that.)

Ok it turns out I can’t go to the library cause my parents aren’t bothered to take me and then they went on a whole rant about the economy being so bad and they think that me studying in a library is gonna get me robbed. Like bruh it’s a fcking library and I feel like now they aren’t gonna let me out. It’s so annoying cause why can’t I just live my life in peace without them constantly micromanaging me. So I’m basically grounded and I’m not even allowed to go to a LIBRARY to study. They’re acting like I’m gonna go to some party and get drunk. My area isn’t even that bad and when i suggested better areas they still said no. And if now if i wanted to study with a friend they wouldn’t let me. Atp I should just kms cause they clearly don’t understand the importance of social interactions cause somehow they survive without it but their so stubborn and don’t understand how other people are different

Honest question how do u live life and connect with people with these restrictions cause I need help
the only time i do is like at uni (talking to friends/ppl between or during classes). I never go to anyones house (ive never been to a friends house). I just survive by messaging my friends (both from hs and uni) but actually like planning hangouts never happen. I remember in yr12 my friends and I planned to go shopping but my mum said only if she comes so she had to come w me. It was so awkward but nothing I can do about it
