c'est la vie
my skl always has 1 class for physics. Bio has the most with i think 3-4 classes then comes chem 3 small classes currently.i was looking at the course enrollments for 2025, and while most subjects between both male and female students are rather equal (save for physics… hey girls, especially ones in all girls schools, does physics typically run for you? What stopped you or your peers from choosing physics?) why is it that biology has almost double the female students?
also heres the website if you wanna check it out: https://www.nsw.gov.au/education-and-training/nesa/hsc/facts-and-figures/enrolment-data/courses
I'm not sure why tho... there are def a bunch of bio kids who would be goated at physics.
ooo maybe a reason is females choosing science tend to go into health care side after hs. Maybe not many wanna go into something that needs physics e.g engineering
