Studying law n comm at usyd but i dont like usyd nor do i like law. I still have an active offer for unsw law/comm which i need to accept before the census date (12th march) and defer that till sem2 (they wont let me start sem1). However i dont rlly wanna do law so is it possible for me to transfer to unsw for sem2 by applying through uac? I was thinking abt maybe actuarial/comm or comm/adv math but idk if my atar is high enough for that cos idk if gateway or hscplus would still apply for it. if not i might js take the law n comm unsw offer and take math units instead of law units and try internal transfer that way.

the demographic of people is just not what i prefer to be around - i find it rlly difficult to socialise here so imo i dont think its worth staying here. also i came to usyd cos i heard usyd law was better than unsw but now since i dont even wanna do law id rather go unsw

rich white private school kids are hard to interact with if you’re not rich, not white, and from low SES so yes it’s unfortunate if that’s 99% of your cohort
and if caring about social justice issues makes people assholes then so be it like no one cares
