Quick question re. Indochina Syllabus Point
On Monday I have a 25-marker exam with four syllabus points prescribed - one of them being:
Evaluate US foreign policy towards Vietnam from 1964.
Would anyone know what the scope of this syllabus point is? The timeline 1964-1979 is EXTREMELY broad (and from consulting past HSCs/Trials it's not really clarified either). Also, should I be worried focusing more on the 70s onward would stray too far towards the Tet Offensive, Withdrawal, and Reasons for Communist Victory dotpoints?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as this would assist me with direction in regards to my essays for this point.
