i rlly rlly rlly wanna do math extension 2 but these are my half yearly mark. can i still do get it if i ace my prelim?

i cant do trig or functions but im pretty solid with combinatorics and perimetre

would appreciate any advice or material

i mean its gonna depend on your school, but the way it worked at mine, they let you try it for a term and if you did well, you could stay in it

that being said you really need to be good at trig and functions, they're super important and ext 2 is going to assume that you're already comfortable with those topics (as they're the backbone of a lot of things)

69 ppl in the ext 1 cohort is crazing
i wish there was more competition in my school for math, like its so stupid omg
we have ~14 for ext and ~24 for adv the rest of the cohort either does std or no math (we have 3 full std classes btw)
