Hey everyone, With assessments, trials, and the HSC creeping up, I’ve been finding it harder to enjoy time with friends or even take proper breaks without feeling guilty. I’m wondering how others here manage a balance between study and having a social life. Do you set time limits, reward yourself, or follow any routines that actually work? Keen to hear any tips or real experiences. Let’s help each other out — burnout is real!

I’m burnt out so not too helpful but what saves me (especially on weekends, this only really applies to non-school days) is working hard for pretty much the whole day but having a really long lunch break in between (3-4hrs). I get really excited for it and look forward to those breaks even on weekdays lol. May not work for everyone but works for me. Also, if going out I get up early and get a decent amount done before leaving the house so I don’t feel guilty and can enjoy my day
