how cooked am i if i am only gonna start studying for hsc yr 12 tmmrw as ive been on holidays
not cooked at all. What matters is ur rank and how u perform in the final hsc exam. just don't overwhelm urself, a bit of study during these holidays is good. make sure to do ur best in ur internal exams to maintain a high rank, and definitely study the most before ur hsc exams (should be doing active recall/past papers at this time!) cos thats what matters.

Have you tried singing? Even singing in the shower can help, you can try it for just a few mins a day. Also, unpopular opinion, but art is a good answer to burnout.
yeah like ur expressing ur anxiety and stress through singing. maybe it does help relieve stress

Also guys for the PIP what sort of secondary sources do we have to find. Is it ok to start off with journal articles like smh, etc or do they have to be scholarly or academic journals?

yep thats perfectly fine, using any sort of article is good. You can use documentaries, podcasts etc I used a YouTube podcast as part of my pip. Pretty sure majority of my secondary sources were just articles.
Idk if I've emailed the PIPs to you before but if you need any PIP resources or wanna take a look at mine (37) or others that scored 37-40/40 just lmk :)
