basically that, i mean what else can you do? just know the content inside out and do as much practice as you possibly can - you should be fineI'm curious how you guys are actually preparing for bio? I'm kinda lost tbh, I don't know what else to do besides practice questions and revising content
Yup so chill that only 6.7% got a band 6 that year, compared to 8.31% in other years.Does anyone know if its gonna be more like 2024 paper bc that one was chill compared to other years and some schools trials, i think its the same exam committee but idk
rare occasion where I don’t disagree w ur pointI would've stayed in biology if the test was just a multiple choice test. Who the fuck thought making a subject like biology a writing subject was a good idea?
no pls dont do that to meit will prolly be hard this year. they might pull out a weird topic like that ancestry thing they tested that one time in 2019
I was doing that paper today lolit will prolly be hard this year. they might pull out a weird topic like that ancestry thing they tested that one time in 2019
okay to my very limited knowledge, i thought bc the test was ever so slightly easier (at least compared to some of the selective trials ive been doing) they made the marking wayyy more nit picky. thats what my teacher said at leastYup so chill that only 6.7% got a band 6 that year, compared to 8.31% in other years.
which is why this subject is fucking shit. you could have some great points, and just because you didn't use petal structure, they deduct ur marks. its literally what they do. this is fucking science, not history or English.okay to my very limited knowledge, i thought bc the test was ever so slightly easier (at least compared to some of the selective trials ive been doing) they made the marking wayyy more nit picky. thats what my teacher said at least
ok no i have to somewhat agree. it is disgusting how nitpicky the markers are in this subject...which is why this subject is fucking shit. you could have some great points, and just because you didn't use petal structure, they deduct ur marks. its literally what they do. this is fucking science, not history or English.
no, the fucktarded markers will deduct u for not employing their favourite english writing skillsguys for the 6-8 mark questions, is it fine to write ur answers in dot point form or nah?
trial & errorI'm curious how you guys are actually preparing for bio? I'm kinda lost tbh, I don't know what else to do besides practice questions and revising content
It's fine as long as you use full sentences and make sure to use key words/structures that the verb requires (e.g. cause and effect for Explain)guys for the 6-8 mark questions, is it fine to write ur answers in dot point form or nah?
should've just done physics lol. what a boring subjecttrial & error
instead of writing the whole thing out, I plan out what I'd write and then check the marking guidelines
