but even then don't put too much pressure on urself cause there's still other ways to get to where u want to be in life. And also if things don't work out your way maybe there's another door that will open that u may have never realised if u didn't get the atar u wanted to
exactly twin, dont try too hard next year and burn urself out. sometimes theres things out of your control that affect your study and it wont allow you to study like everyone else and thats okay (honestly im just saying this cuz no one told me this in year11 so im burnt out now) 🔥

But it might be hard cause like everyone will be expecting me to do good and everyone else will be stressed which will kinda influence me to put more pressure on myself but at this point Idc what people will think or their opinions cause I'm doing this for me

um honestly just live your life atar wont matter next year so live and study the way you want to dont let others dictate you
this. as someone trying for med (this year's chances look bleak for me, ill have to retry next year) i think i had this really sad epiphany that i both grinded too hard and sacked everything for this one goal but realised i could literally get perfect grades and still not make it (there are real people with 99.6+ atars an great ucat scores that dont make it). just know if high school sucks that your life will move on and you will get many many more opportunities to get to your dream uni course so its never that deep.

If you’re able to pick up a hobby to take your mind off studying and make it a routine/goal oriented. It really helps to give you a drive when you’re not completely motivated by the hsc and there’s other things to achieve. In yr 11 and still now I aim to knit a beanie every few months which I work on whenever I do pomodoro, I play piano/guitar to take my mind off things, my friends and I play soccer before the start of every term… and there’s so much more, you could set gym goals, go bushwalking if there’s tracks near you, get your Ls/Ps… life is so much more than just hsc so make some variety

Exactly!
I've also found that soft skills matter a lot more than these numbered grades that you keep getting. The only thing you'll get from your ATAR is entry into a course, but even that isn't absolute, and there are many other pathways to the same degree. Keep growing your interpersonal and social skills because those are what will actually allow you to succeed take your place in the world. Become someone who is interesting and unique, and that people (and employers) will want to get to know, instead of burying your head in your books
