no trust me it was completely different,

they gave us like two plants right
and then they showed a table of three sites where they could be planted, and then in that table they showed the pH and salinity of the soils

then pH graph of plant height growth in different pH for both the plants
and then a huge table of plant growth of both plants against different salt concentrations???

bru my school literally caps people out at 18/20 for essays despite some kids writing insane essays, they do this for "increase in external marks" ig its smart but like bru its english, dogcrap subject like atleast reward the students who did good

SAME, I don't think anyone has ever gotten more than 18 in english standard and that was a multimodal (I know the guy used chatgpt and took away my rank 1)

nah bro I hate my school, literally for all 4 of my tasks I have to do an essay not a single submission. I legit got 17/20 for my common mod and when I asked where I lost marks they said nothing bruhh, ts is english advanced like surely stop playing and gimme my marks

I'm pretty sure pH is linked to salinity. Calling from chem higher pH means more alkaline and most salts are alkaline in nature hence higher pH means higher salinity

Actually no..... I definitely knew it before mod 6 but I cannot recall from where. Plus knowing mod 6 actually adds confusion to that because of conjugate acid-base pairs

thx I asked my teacher for feedback lol she hasn't got back to me in like more than month of me nagging her, and my school is not even top 100 and somehow we have insane english results.

@imnotrj They do not explain anything useful. Everything on plants there is common sense ahh stuff nothing abt salinity or pH. When you get your marks back please tell me what the answer to that question was, I'm very curious if its out of syllabus or not or if bio in focus has incomplete coverage of the dot point.

Wish the same could be said abt my school. My school sweats for math out english is just cooked. I'm pretty syre the adv avg hsc mark is like 83 or smt which I believe is good

same bruh my school is ass at eng std we have like 1 b6 across 5 years, but somehow for eng adv we always consistently have like 25+ b6 for it idk how my school does ts. Oh for math ext 1 and 2 those stats are consistent
