for physics (assuming the fizzics is physics), all i can suggest is spam practice questions and make sure you know how to use each formula and apply it properly

js start grinding past paper qs and ask chatgpt if u want to, give it syllabus dot points and js grind lowkey thats all
and calcs for BoP are relatively easy soo that should be allg

make sure u have all ur concepts down, and integrate stats into your paragraphs

first try writing sample paragraphs and sample thesis for practice essay qs first, and then write full essays
