i think mine are in class (idk how that works) but my physics teacher was saying something about bringing like cheatsheets or soemting and we do it in classWith or without a test? They get really bad when they come with a validation test because that's just double the effort for no good reason. Although a validation test does catch out the people who use AI..........
idk if that is what they're doing for chem aswell but i know for physics they are and its gonna be one mod 7 & 8 so she said we need a cheatsheet or somethingCheat sheets are useless unless it's organic chemistry and then they're op
do you have any recommendations on how i can learn physics? Are these students serious? Do they not know how important and lovely Physics is? Why waste class time?
thanks so much!I got 83 overall, so my recommendations might not be that good.
I guess try doing as many questions as possible and self mark yourself. Use 2001 to 2018 papers, most questions are still relevant. Maybe ask your teacher every bow and then also to mark the long response (especially) after you self mark (might be a good idea). This will allow to understand better how to answer questions
Focus on the 5 to 9 marks questions. The North Sydney Boys High School exams are probably the best on THSC. You could also have a look at JRAHS.
oh it must be 40% then. either way their worth a LOT. its a yearly exam so it makes sense to me idkI don't think it's allowed for trials to be worth 50%. Max amount according to NESA's rules are 40%. My trials are 30% for most subjects which is the same as half yearlies this term
yeah, i just learned its more like 40% though, so i believe at1,2,3 are 20% and trials were 40% making a total of 100% for internal assessments. How are trials worth 50 percent???? There is no way they can make it that if you mess up even 1 assessment task your cooked before hsc starts. Most assessment tasks will never be out of the range of 20-30 percent
The one who puts 67 jokes in the exam papers lolman you should come to my school, apparently our physics teacher is really good. but thanks! ill take your advice![]()
The physics teacher at my schoolHuh what?
yup the bald goat!!The one who puts 67 jokes in the exam papers lol
i think its okay to brag a little every once in a while, as long as you're not exaggeratingbecause I'm trying to downplay myself this year![]()
it was ok like the essay question was fine but idk about the unseen cuz i kinda rushed them so...How was english?
whats wrong with people thinking you're a threat?See if I walked around parading how much work ive done people will catch on and realise that I'm a threat. I came from failing chem physics and math so most think I am no competition and I can beat a lot of people without them ever knowing. In biology everyone knows my marks (someone was trying to bully me, and I used that mark in my argument so yeah). Low expectations just give a lot more room to work
ohhh honestly fair fair i get it, that makes sensePeople don't feel competitive with me. They actually tell me things instead of gatekeeping like they do from others. I don't have expectations on me and yeah, I'm just chill. It's like they find it really easy to help and give resources to someone that's lower than them but could the same be said for someone who is higher or at the same level?
damn how'd he trick you?? thats just so evil...Our grade is so toxic, and everyone does anything to get the upper hand. Even the guy who was against gatekeeping tricked me in physics. Now I'm at the point where I don't trust pretty much everyone and I'm coming for these people next task.
I mean there are very few people that I would be wary of but yeah that’s mostly true. And dw I haven’t gatekeeped resources either lolohhh honestly fair fair i get it, that makes sense
thankfully my school isn't that competitive so people will share just about any resource if you ask nicely enough, even if you're higher ranked.
nobody really gatekeeps (unless ive been in the dark this whole time, i hope not... @Study to success is our grade hiding any resources from me i should know about?)
This isn’t even much. If u looked at 2024 we chatted way moreI read this and realise how much my study habits differ from you guys’
Plus how the f do you chat so much in 2 hours I dint look
