How do you all decompress after a school day when your back home and trying to transition back into study? Sometimes I just get straight to it but I literally cannot process information when I do so. Ant tips on what to do if you get this same problem?

i kinda ease into it, just try to start off small, smth easy like fixing up notes, then i transition into any homework i have then i start to study
