I mean yeah, when our HSC math syllabus is absolutely garbage and doesn't go across Matricies and other important stuff for the sake of stupid mechanics questions and geometry.

bro usyd is actually so trash, there are no engineering exams (only for maths) cause it's all garbage high school style assignments & reports + way more group work than UNSW.

would you like to do more group work, with even more ESL internationals?

is unsw really that much better than usyd for eng to warrant suffering the long commute, trimesters and cooked schedules?

I mean it depends what engineering you are doing. For chemical, UNSW does a lot more research in the area I'm interested in compared to USYD. But yeah, the trimesters and schedule are cooked.

infact, UNSW is way more theoretical than USYD since USYD has way too much high school style assignments over exams.

If you really care about theory, you should go to Cambridge University lol.

you still want some deep knowledge of theory, because you didn't attend university for 4 years just to get a tafe education (like UTS).
