I already got results back and I did not cook. I should have cooked like crazy good but i flopped so hard instead.

Well ext 1 and 2 is10000000x harder so u should be prouder. But ur version of hard is very interesting lol

any subject that involves writing kills me it just overloads my brain
i do not know how you do 3 essay centred subjects like WHATTT if i had to write a pip id probably pass out!!

Well doing 4 unit math would kill my brain. I can barely do 2 unit lol so idk how ur surviving. Not only would I pass out but I would jump off a cliff lol. But SOR is so easy like it’s not that much writing and everyone can do it without frying their brain surely

welll i think im missing something in my brain because i was just so bad at sor it was crazy. like i was near last in my cohort the multiple choice was always common sense but learning all the statistics and evidence and stuff for the 5 markers and the 20 markers like omg i could not be bothered

Its ok SOR is useless anyways. But surely if u tried u would be able to do good cause it’s just memorisation. And since u do Eng adv like u can’t be that bad at writing. And plus ur crazy good at math so u have that to compensate. Like I have nothing to compensate with so I’m just average at most things

welllll.... i guess im not the worst at writing but there are definitely many many many better than me.
i feel like i just hate subjects that require endless memorisation and rote learning (a bit ironic because i do japanese) ESPECIALLY biology omg i still have ptsd from the biology marking scheme and i dropped it a month ago

Yeah I’m not the biggest fan of rote learning but I suck at mathy subjects so I have no choice but to do those subjects lol

I’ll try to keep updates here and there after high school. But yeah I’ll def answer questions whenever u have them

The hsc English exam is designed as much as possible for students to avoid rote learning . It hrlps a bit but the marks come from your on the spot analysts skills which I have done tutorials about .

Learn to analyse on the spot by knowing the requirements and that will help you but I strongly discourage you from rote learning .

i love how i got an art groove the second the holidays started (for my school, at least),,,,,,,,, negative academic progress happening but at least my drawing skills immediately skyrocketed the second my ass sat on an airplane,,,,,,, have managed to put in approximately 35 hours of drawing (if ibispaint is to be trusted (which sometimes it isnt, be warned)) over the course of last week. hooray for me?????? like. so happy for my current creative streak. it's really good!! but i do not need to be drawing. (looks over at the 5 creative writing tasks/projects i have to work on over the next few weeks,,,,, aough. i love writing but at what cost.)

Do 2 study blocks in the morning at 5am instead, you’ll be able to retain information better. Also that’s kinda a lot, maybe do 8 hours on the weekend instead and lower your study hours to 2-3 hours every weekday. Remember hw is seperate to studying and if it‘s exam peak then the amount of hours you’re doing is a good amount of hours to study just take bigger breaks not in intervals of 5 mins which is why I recommend studying more in the morning where your brain works better.
