What might be the best way to structure notes for an exam? (1 Viewer)

I have an in class essay to an unseen question in 2 weeks, but I am able to bring in my own notes. I have written sooo much but formatting it and compressing it in a way that will be efficient and useful is a little bit challenging. Does anyone have any advice?
(note: i'm doing cuban revolution, anyone else doing it too? ^.^ )
