So for my Biology OEI my task is to design an experiment/series of experiments to determine whether plant or animal tissue contains more of the enzyme catalase. I've carried out research and i belive I know the theory associated with this enzyme quite well, only I'm not quite sure what to do in terms of my experiments. Any ideas?
