Racism is a very broad topic so I decided to narrow it down to a specific ethnicity/race (Asians) and since I am Asian myself I can incorporate a personal connection into my PIP also.

Aren't asians the highest paid race and favoured in hiring processes? if that's true that could be an interesting talking point. favoured in the hiring process and face discrimination and casual racism in the workplace- interesting contrast there. for casual workers (aka the high schoolers ur surveying via this website will probs face more discrimination from customers than colleagues). id say ur better off finding oldies on facebook/full time workers
