Hello I’m a current Year 12 student sitting the HSC in 2026.
My school has selected Unfolding Florence for English Advanced Module B, and Elizabeth I and the Elizabethan Age as our History Extension case study.
I’ve noticed these are far less common than texts like T.S. Eliot or case studies such as the Salem Witch Trials, and I haven’t really seen anyone mention studying them.
So I was wondering:
• Has anyone studied Unfolding Florence for Module B?
• Or completed History Extension on Elizabeth I
If so, I’d love to hear how you found these topics, and whether you have any advice or useful resources. Thanks!
