HELP! does anyone know what's best to put in a potential essay for the Nuclear Age?? There's like 12,000 different options (I'm doing nuclear disarment and contributions + risks but idk if I should do manhatten project or not)

if its malcolm x i will cry. i still have no clue what that guy actually did apart from speeches talking abt Black pride, nationalism and militarism -- like did his group do any protests? (ik they wouldn't do like marches cause they didnt like the non-violence approach) but what did he actually do????
